Monitoring, security and log analysis, in Arabic and English

Tired of chasing IT problems? Rased spots them, explains what they mean, and points you to the fix.

Rased monitors your devices and applications, finds attacks and vulnerabilities, and analyses your logs with AI. Each problem reaches you as one Telegram card: what we found, why it matters, and what to do.

Access is by request: the Rased team reviews it and the platform manager approves it.

  • Portal, Telegram and reports in two languages
  • One card per issue
  • Measured numbers, not promises

Why

We spot what you cannot see, and explain it in your language

Three problems everyone who runs IT knows, and what changes when Rased watches for them with you.

Faults that surface too late

A service stops overnight or a disk fills in silence, and you only hear when people complain.

What changes with RasedThe problem reaches you on Telegram when Rased spots it, not when people start to complain.

Threats nobody explains

Vulnerability names and alerts in language only a specialist follows, and sign-in attempts nobody sees.

What changes with RasedEvery vulnerability is explained in your language: what it is, what harm it can do, and how to deal with it. Every attack is shown with its type and source.

Logs nobody has time to read

Thousands of lines, with no way to tell where to start or what matters most.

What changes with RasedRased analyses your log and hands you a report ranked by what matters most.

Rased brings it together in one place, in your language

Instead of a flood of cryptic notifications, you get one card that answers three questions.

  1. What did we find?A clear description of the problem, not a cryptic error code.
  2. Why does it matter? What it means and its likely impact, in plain words.
  3. What do you do now?Numbered steps, and a ready-to-copy command when your device's own data is enough, with a warning that it may not work.

The same numbers appear on the card beside it.

What this means for you

Business owner

Know where your technology stands without reading technical jargon.

  • One sentence tells you the state of all your devices, with indicators you can tap to see what needs attention.
  • A morning summary at 8 am, in your country's time zone, of what happened and what is still open; nothing is sent if nothing happened.
  • Ready-made reports for each device and for the organisation, to print or save as PDF.
  • You stay in control: each person gets read-only or read-and-write access.
What you getA clear picture of how your technology is doing, in your language, so you know when to call a specialist.

IT manager

Less noise, and a clear explanation of every problem that reaches you.

  • One card per device and type of issue, updated in place, with related signals merged into it instead of a flood of repeated messages.
  • One install command per device, which works once and is valid for 60 minutes; the device then refreshes its inventory every 15 minutes.
  • Three alert levels: everything, important only (the default) or critical only. Critical failures reach you at once whatever level you choose.
  • Upload a log from a device or a network appliance and get a report ordered by what matters most, with causes and fixes.
What you getLess time chasing signals, and a clear path from problem to fix.

Security officer

See who targets your devices, and understand a vulnerability before you fix it.

  • A map of the attacks on your devices and where they come from, in five attack types.
  • Known vulnerabilities are matched to the software on your devices; the public list of vulnerabilities known to be exploited is checked every 6 hours, and each one comes with its harm explained and the steps to fix it.
  • Sensitive actions need your approval with a verification code, and you can authorise a delegate and protect the chat with a PIN.
  • Technical support sees your data only with your approval and for a limited time, with a report of everything that was read.
What you getVisibility of what is happening on your devices, and a plain-language explanation of every vulnerability that is spotted.

We tell you plainly what Rased does and does not do

Rased is a monitoring, alerting and explaining service.

What Rased does

  • Monitors your devices and applications and alerts you in an orderly way.
  • Spots attacks and the known vulnerabilities that affect your devices.
  • Analyses your logs and explains what it found in your language.
  • Puts the fix in your hands: numbered steps and reviewed commands that you copy.

What Rased does not do

  • It does not prevent failures, attacks or file deletion.
  • It does not replace backups.
  • It does not replace an information-security specialist.
  • It does not apply the fix for you: you copy the command and run it.
How

Three steps from device to alert

Linking a device takes one command and an installer that explains each step as it goes.

  1. Add the device and copy one command

In the portal you add and name the device and get a ready-to-copy install command for Windows or Linux. The command works once and is valid for 60 minutes.

  2. Run it as administrator

The installer scans the device: application names, open ports and hardware, with no files and no passwords. It sends the result to Rased over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and installs the protection (SOC) and monitoring (NOC) agents.

  3. The device shows as connected and watching begins

Within minutes the device shows as “connected” and a Telegram message arrives. The device then refreshes its inventory automatically every 15 minutes.

The Rased agent runs on 64-bit Windows and on Debian and Ubuntu Linux. Network equipment, such as routers and firewalls, runs no agent: its logs are analysed when you upload them.

Welcome to Rased, and thank you for choosing us.

This installer links this device to your Rased account so that its
availability and security can be watched and shown in your portal.

Your files, documents and passwords are never collected, and everything
this device sends travels over an encrypted connection.

The steps run in order and take a few minutes. Please keep this window
open until the completion message appears.

What Rased offers

The service list is built from Rased's own feature register, so every new feature appears in it by itself. Here are six of them.

  • Portal and Telegram

    Alerts: one card per issue

Each issue reaches you as a single card that updates in place, and related signals are merged into it instead of arriving as repeated messages.

  • Portal and Telegram

    Devices

Every device with its status, metrics, services, hardware, connection and report.

  • Portal and Telegram

    Attack sources

A live map (a globe or a flat map) that shows attacks as arcs from their source to the location of your device, with a replay of the last 24 hours, a live stream and a fictional simulation mode.

  • Portal and Telegram

    Security vulnerabilities

Known vulnerabilities that affect the software on your devices, with the suggested fix, and escalation of any that have no fix available.

  • Portal and Telegram

    Log analyser

Paste a log and the AI analyses it, after masking any passwords, then gives you the causes, the fixes and commands you can copy.

When you use the log analyser, a cleaned summary, after passwords and keys are masked, is sent to an AI analysis service run by an outside provider. We do not keep the raw log.

  • Portal and Telegram

    Reports

Ready-made reports for a device and for the organisation (security, hardware, availability), which you can print or save as PDF.

AI assistant

Available on every page

An assistant that answers you before you join

Press the “Ask Rased” button in the corner of any page and an assistant answers you from Rased's approved information only and, if it has no answer, says so and hands you to the team. What you see here is a scripted example of the conversation.

Illustrative example
Hello! I am the Rased assistant. Ask me anything about what Rased does.
How do I link my device to Rased?
You add the device in the portal and copy one install command, which works once and is valid for 60 minutes, then run it as administrator. The agent runs on 64-bit Windows and on Debian and Ubuntu, and the device shows as “connected” within minutes with a Telegram message.
Source: the feature “Adding a device and installing the agent”
Do you read my files?
We do not read the content of your files, except the logs you upload yourself for analysis. The device scan gathers application names, open ports and hardware details without files or passwords, and the file guard watches file names and paths only.
Source: the features “File guard” and “Adding a device and installing the agent”
How much does it cost?
I do not have approved information on prices. I am passing your question to the Rased team; you can also write to info@dnr.sd.
No approved source: handed to the team
Is there anything else you would like to know?

This is a scripted example conversation, and no AI is called from this page. The real assistant (the “Ask Rased” button) answers from the approved information using an outside AI provider, so never type passwords or personal data into it.

Without JavaScript the conversation shows as a complete written example. To ask a question, write to info@dnr.sd.

It answers from the approved information

Every answer is built from Rased's approved features and the pages of this site, and points you to the right page. No prices, no promises, no invented figures.

It says what it does not know

When it cannot find an answer in the approved information, it says so and hands you to the Rased team.

It greets you in your country's dialect

It greets you and closes in your country's Arabic dialect when that dialect has an approved wording, and otherwise in Standard Arabic, while the substance of every answer stays professional and clear. You can change the dialect.
